Service Description

Make the entire Stix & Stones experience yours for the night. Includes: Full Facility Access (4 Hours) – Exclusive use of all golf simulators, MultiBall courts, and lounge areas. Private Bar & Bartender Service – Full beverage service with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Catering Package Credit ($500 Value) – Redeemable toward curated food options including pizzas, paninis, appetizers, and shareable platters. Audio/Visual Access – Use of TVs and sound system for presentations, branding, or entertainment. Dedicated Event Coordinator & Staff – On-site team to manage service, setup, and event flow. Optional Add-Ons: Team contests, Closest-to-Pin challenge, or sponsored leaderboard event. Duration: 4 hours Capacity: Up to 60 guests Pricing: Starting at $7850 (plus tax and gratuity) Additional time available at $300/hour.

Cancellation Policy

Event Booking Policy Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and space. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received. Final Guest List & Details: The final guest list, food selections, and any add-on requests must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event to ensure proper setup and staffing. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and will forfeit the full payment amount. Rescheduling: Events may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 14 days prior to the event date, subject to availability. Damages & Liability: The booking party is financially responsible for any damages caused to facility property, simulators, or equipment due to negligence or misuse. Stix & Stones reserves the right to charge the card on file for repair or replacement costs as necessary. Outside Food & Beverage: Outside food or beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved by management. Event Duration & Overtime: Packages include a set duration. Additional time may be added in advance or during the event at the applicable hourly rate, subject to availability. Arrival & Setup: Hosts may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up and review arrangements with staff. Extended setup time must be coordinated in advance.
