Cancellation Policy

Simulator Rental Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible for our guests. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 1 hour before your scheduled booking time will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel less than 1 hour before your scheduled time or do not show up, your $25 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their booking up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty, subject to availability. Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to ensure full use of your reserved time. Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime without compensation. Liability and Damage Policy Guests are expected to treat all Stix & Stones property, equipment, and simulators with care and respect. Responsibility for Damages: The individual or party listed on the reservation is financially responsible for any damage to equipment, property, or facilities caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow staff instructions. Negligence Examples: Includes, but is not limited to, swinging clubs outside of designated hitting areas, use of unapproved or damaged equipment, food or beverage spills near simulator hardware, and any intentional misuse of facility property. Assessment and Charges: In the event of damage, Stix & Stones reserves the right to assess repair or replacement costs and charge the card on file or the individual responsible for the booking. Assumption of Risk: By booking and participating, guests acknowledge that golf simulation activities involve inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse or negligence. Compliance: Guests must adhere to all posted rules and follow staff guidance at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of playtime without refund.
