Born in Winchester, Virginia, we set out to create a space where golfers of every skill level could play, practice, and connect without worrying about the weather, daylight, or course availability.

By combining high-end simulator technology with a laid-back lounge atmosphere, Stix & Stones redefines how the game is experienced. Whether you’re perfecting your swing, bonding with friends, or introducing your kids to the sport, our mission is to make golf more accessible, social, and fun — all year long.

Behind Stix & Stones is a family of passionate golfers, entrepreneurs, and community members dedicated to growing the game:

• Paul Parker – Founder & CEO
  Oversees strategy, partnerships, and business development, ensuring Stix & Stones remains both innovative and community-driven.

• Amie Parker – Co-Chair
  Focuses on member relations, events, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Perry Parker – Director of Finances
  Manages financial planning, budgets, and long-term sustainability for the business.

• Blake Parker – Director of Marketing
  Leads brand strategy, promotions, and outreach — building connections both online and across the Shenandoah Valley.

• Jamison Parker – Director of Youth Outreach
  Works to engage local schools, youth leagues, and families, making golf accessible for the next generation.

• Todd Ballentine – Director of Facilities & Operations
  Oversees day-to-day operations, maintenance, and ensures every simulator and system runs smoothly.
